Recipe Review: Cheese Lasagna


    This is by far the best lasagna recipe that my family has found. It has ingredients that my mom is able to eat and is one of the very few lasagna recipes that I would eat. If your mom or someone you know is a vegetarian this recipe is something they can have. This recipe can be adjusted to taste, sometimes it is not an exact measurement. This lasagna is a mix of cheesiness , with a very flavorful  tomato flavor and a good textured bite. Take a minute to think of all the things your taste buds do for you, give your taste buds a present and make the lasagna.



2 cups ricotta cheese or small curd creamed cottage cheese

½ cup grated parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley (optional)

1 tablespoon fresh oregano leaves or 1 ½ tablespoons dried oregano leaves (optional)

2 jars (28 ounces each) tomato pasta sauce (any variety)

12 uncooked lasagna noodles

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (8 ounces)

¼ cup grated parmesan cheese 

Additional mozzarella cheese, if desired
