Why More People Should Go Vegan
Over 150 million land animals are killed for food everyday around the world. That comes out to 56 billion land animals killed per year. Going vegan should be actually thought about and more people should do it. Doing so isn’t only helping for less meat to be needed, but also making you more fit, helping you be healthier, and getting protein from more than one source: meat.
To begin with, going vegan can help you reach your goals body wise. On average vegans are usually 36 pounds lighter than omnivores and contain the lowest rates of cataracts, hypertension, diabetes and obesity. The vegan diet is also beneficial to the people who to want become stronger and more fit. Runner Kenny Lee says that since he’s turned vegan, his marathon timing has improved from five and a half hours to three and a half hours. But going vegan doesn’t necessarily mean that you have to be healthy all the time, there’s still potato chips, Oreos, Twinkies, some Girl Scout Cookies, and other candies that are vegan to eat.
In addition, going vegan can help you to be healthier. It’s also helped people reverse or get rid of osteoarthritis, autoimmune disorders, Crohn’s disease, cancer, and it brings sugar levels back to normal for those with type 2 diabetes. It can also help prevent or lessen your chances of getting many diet-related diseases. And eating beans, fruits, vegetables, and nuts provide you with many things that are beneficial to your health.
Lastly, to my final reason, a variety of proteins can be received from different foods other than meat. It can be received from your protein from things like soy, nuts, certain beans, leafy greens, and seeds. Some of the proteins in vegetables also reduce the risk of you getting cancer, cardiovascular disease, and obesity. Also Bill Clinton and Al Gore, Serena and Venus Williams, Lewis Hamilton, Mike Tyson, and Beyoncé have all decided to start eating like vegans and to eat healthier.
In conclusion, some people may say that going vegan may be unhealthy because your not getting enough of the things that you need to be healthy. But actually going vegan does help to keep you shape, not only that, but keeping us healthy, and if you’re eating the right things, all the protein that you need can be found other food that are vegan. Going cold turkey right out of meats isn’t a great idea just start cutting foods out slowly. Starting with red meat, then poultry, seafood, then eggs, and dairy. There’s many ways to work around being “unhealthy“, by just simply choosing healthy things to eat and maintaining a good grasp on what you’re putting into your body.

If we don’t kill animals for food there will be an over population of animals that will ruin habitat which cause animals to die from lack of food, shelter, water. Being a human your body needs proteins from meats and all that. Why be vegan your less healthy all you do is eat vegetables and the grass you grow outside. Whoever sees this it’s not worth going vegan to save animals. Several thousand animals get hit a day by vehicles and die. So hunt for what you want and eat what you want! Thanks #MERICA

But if you think about it, the nature of animals and humans coexisting together gets thrown off balance if we don’t eat them. The animal population is already increasing and ultimately, it comes down to the fact that if we don’t consume the produce that animals can give us, it’s not good for them either. Think about it, vegans don’t drink milk because it “harms the cows.” If cows aren’t milked, their utters will explode! A vegan diet will never really sustain one person. I like the idea of this article, but if you add a back-to-back article about why people SHOULDN’T consider going vegan, it won’t just seem like vegan IS the best option. Vary your choices.
