Rice Krispie Ice Cream Bowls

I found another recipe that I think you will love! These Rice Krispie ice cream bowls were delicious and easy to make.

Ingredients:

1/4 cup of stick butter

10 ounces of mini marshmallows

salt (optional)

5 cups of Rice Krispie cereal

ice cream of your choice

To start off, you are going to cut the butter and put it in a big pot on medium heat. Once the butter is melted, you pour in your marshmallows and stir until they’re not solid anymore (if you want the salt, add a pinch now). After that, you will turn off the heat and stir in your cereal until it’s completely mixed in.

Now that it’s fully mixed, you will get a couple bowls of similar size, put plastics wrap on them, then cover your hands in butter so you can mold them Rice Krispie mix easier. You’ll want to keep adding butter after each bowl. If you want to save space, you can mold the bowls on one bowl, then move them with the plastic wrap to another and stack them.

Once all of your bowls are molded, you put them in the freezer for one hour so the bowls will keep there shape. After that, scoop your ice cream and enjoy!
