Who is He?

Royce Lewis was drafted by the Twins with the 1st overall pick in 2017. He throws and hits righty and is a middle infielder. He quickly progressed through the minor leagues and made his debut a few days ago.

How’s he doing?

Lewis has started well, 3-13 in 4 games. We will see how he progresses in seasons to come.

What’s his role?

Lewis is the Twins top prospect and will hopefully continue to bloom into a superstar. With Correa out for a bit with a broken thumb, expect to see Royce Lewis quite a bit. Hopefully his potential will come to fruition and he will be a cornerstone for years to come with all the young exciting prospects joining the Twins.
