This is a delightful recipe that really helps to embrace the fall season. Alex Dunlap, Food & Beverage Communications Coordinator from The Disney Blog made it possible to make this recipe at home. These are at Kona Café in Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort.

You can change the pancakes to fit your taste. My family added double the seasoning because we like ours with a stronger pumpkin flavor. You could also add chocolate chips or pecans, or whipped cream! You can even dye your pancakes different colors or even use a pumpkin waffle maker! It is up to you and your family on how you want to make it!

Fun, delicious, and a fall party in your mouth is the only way it can be described.
