Hello, we are Emme and Lulia, and we have something that you might enjoy. We interviewed a few people to get to know them a bit better. We got some answers, so now we are sharing them with you! Hope you like it!

We asked Makayla Gore, a 7th grader at Valley Middle School, some questions for Student Spotlight. She told us her hobby is hockey. Her favorite staff member at VMSS is Mr. Gootee. She has a pet peeve of people who chew loudly. In conclusion, Makayla is a great person.

We asked  Ky’mani Love, a 7th grader at Valley Middle School. She said her hobby is volleyball. Her favorite staff member at VMSS is Mr. Gootee, or Mr. Tidwell. She has a pet peeve of people who talk a lot. Overall, when we asked Ky’mani Love some questions, she responded with great answers.

       We interviewed Thomas Amundson, a 6th grader at VMSS, and these are his answers. The first question was if he was a ruler of a country, what would be the first rule he would set? He responded with no violence. He said his role model was his dad because they have a lot in common, he’s smart, and he’s wise. His favorite staff members at VMSS are Mrs. Carlton, and Mr. Hutcheson. As one can see, he responded with great answers to questions.

       Emilio Solorzano is a 6th grader at VMSS. We asked some questions to get to know him better. He said if he was a ruler of a country his first rule would also be no violence. His role model is his cousin because they have a lot in common and they do the same things. His favorite staff members are Mrs. Carlton and Mr. Haakenson. So overall, Emilio is new to VMSS but we know a lot about him.

We asked Wyatt Shear, an 8th grader at Valley Middle School of STEM, some questions. This is what his answers were. His favorite staff member is Mr. Spiegelberg. An accomplishment he’s proud of is winning championships in hockey. His favorite holiday is Halloween. So, as you can see, Wyatt is an 8th grader that has done great things!

       Suwayda Mohyadiin is an 8th grader at Valley Middle School of STEM. We also asked her some questions to get to know her better. Her favorite staff members are Mr. Bronson and Mrs. Nimo. An accomplishment she’s proud of is getting good grades this year so far. She loves the holiday Eid. In conclusion, Suwayda is a great 8th grader.
