During the month of December, the librarians and I were inspired by the Dakota County Library to host an LMC Bookmark Contest.  We will be RE-HOSTING the contest for now until February 28th! Here are the brief and rules:

1. The theme of this contest is What makes my school library special?
2. Use the template provided (link below). The link will close on February 28th.
3. You are only allowed to turn in 1 contest entry, although if you would like to make more just for fun, that’s perfectly fine.
4. The submissions that were already turned in are STILL ENTERED for final judging
5. You can create your bookmark entry digitally or by printing it on paper and sending in a picture. If any of the students that already participated would like to re-do their design, they are allowed to submit another bookmark, but it will remove their first submission from the contest.
6. For inspiration, click the link below for some of the winning designs from the Dakota County contest.
7. Send your entries to [email protected] AND [email protected]. Make sure to include your full name and grade in your email.
8. The top 5 winning bookmarks will get printed and handed out at book checkout in the LMC when we return to school!
